As our world moves more and more online, I have extended my private practice to provide psychotherapy online and by telephone. These online or phone therapy sessions are confidential, convenient and an effective way to address your mental health and counseling needs in the comfort of your own home.
Online & Phone Therapy Benefits
I am accepting new online therapy and phone therapy clients during the self-isolation and self-quarantine periods. Clients can logon to sessions or call in for phone sessions without having to drive to my therapy office.
The format of online and phone therapy sessions is the same as in-person sessions. Confidentiality and focused, open communication is still key. You will want to ensure you have reliable internet or phone service and that you are in a location that provides privacy before the session begins. When these conditions are met, telehealth is an effective way to access support.
