Are you concerned about the wellness of your workplace?
The American workplace is transforming as companies adapt to today’s challenges and advances. This is why I provide workplace wellness consultation for businesses and organizations.
I partner with company leadership to address internal development, crisis management, and general wellbeing goals. This often includes instruction and coaching at company, small group, and one-on-one levels.

Disruptive Event Consulting
Here, I offer workplace wellness consultation and education for 1-100 employees. In addition, I offer 1-on-1 support to employees and managers surrounding workplace events. These events include an employee death or suicide; grief and loss; and workplace shootings, violence and threats. Also, I help businesses cope with the COVID pandemic, social unrest, layoffs, and organizational change.
My LMFT and LPCC training equips me to deliver uniquely effective tools for self-care, team care, and employee interaction. Overall, the key to workplace wellness is to anticipate employee needs before, during, and after a disruptive event.
Group Discussion Facilitation
I also work with companies to facilitate discussions on social and cultural issues impacting workplace wellness.
My background in conflict mediation and dispute resolution began in 2012 at Pacific Oaks College in Los Angeles. Pacific Oaks College is grounded in social justice, and its four core values were integral to my training. They include: respect, diversity, social justice, and inclusion. Here, I adopted my sociocultural conceptual framework and began to see clients in community mental health and private practice settings.
If I am helping a client with a relationship conflict or workplace oppression, open discussion requires a safe container. Here the client can examine his/her thoughts, actions, and behaviors. The result is a widening of their world lens and a better understanding of cultural diversity, inclusion, and equity.
This is how I approach workplace wellness group facilitation independently and through R3 Continuum (R3C). Here, I have been awed and humbled by the groups I have facilitated. Our talks are full of honesty and integrity, and we also discuss how to support social and cultural change.
